This quest is opened after completing The Collaborator. It is a simple quests that requires nothing more than for you to purchase some Vintage Old Sully's Grog from the DDO store. It will use some of the free points awarded to you. You then deliver the Grog to an NPC on the docks outside the tavern in Korthos Village named Bertram Sharpwood.
